To help you take the first step on your journey, I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to talk to you about your particular difficulties and you can ask any questions you may have in order to help you determine if I am the right person to work with you.
Initial Assessment: £60.00 (allow up to an hour)
During our first session you will get a good sense of how I work and also of whether I am the sort of person you would want to work with longer-term. I am likely to ask for some information about you and about what has brought you to a talking therapy. I offer a safe, confidential space where you will be treated with respect, warmth, and honesty. There is no obligation on either side to continue therapy after this initial appointment.
